Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, the leader of the Peruvian gang ‘Los Killers’ and wanted for 23 killings, was arrested by US immigration authorities in New York. Torres-Navarro entered the US illegally and was detained at a facility in Buffalo. His girlfriend, Michelle Sol Ivanna Ortiz Ubillus, was also arrested and is being held in Pennsylvania.
