SC asks Punjab govt to persuade farmers at Shambhu border to clear blockade

It emphasized that highways are not parking spaces and highlighted the necessity for smooth movement of ambulances and essential services. Punjab and Haryana DGPs were directed to meet for further coordination within a week.
