When RFK Jr explained what’s wrong with his voice

Kennedy Jr’s voice is affected by spasmodic dysphonia making it always trembling like he is on the verge of tears. This is not the only medical abnormality that he has. In 2010, Kennedy Jr experienced memory loss and mental fogginess which was attributed to a tumor which Kennedy later referred to as a dead parasite in his head. He said a worm got into his head, ate a portion and then died.
