Samantha Murphy murder case delayed over ‘unprecedented’ amount of evidence against accused

Patrick Orren Stephenson will remain in custody for another three months due to the large amount of evidence against him in the case of Samantha Murphy’s murder. Despite opposition from his lawyer, the court granted an extension. Murphy, a mother of three, was reported missing on February 4 in Mount Clear. Stephenson also faces charges related to a previous crash.
