Russia again declares emergency in Voronezh after Ukrainian drone attacks

Ukraine’s overnight drone attack led Russia to declare a state of emergency in Voronezh. Russian forces intercepted five drones, causing debris-induced fires and detonation of explosive materials. Authorities imposed emergency measures and evacuated 200 people in the Ostrogozhsky district. No casualties were reported, but risks remain as drone warfare continues between the two nations.
