The FBI conducted a raid on the Virginia home of Dimitri Simes, a former advisor to Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. Simes, who was out of the country during the raid, expressed confusion and concern. His name appeared multiple times in the Mueller report on Russian interference. Simes has been active in Russia, recently moderating discussions with President Putin.
